What You’ll Be Driving
- Taking full ownership of a landmark $100M+ Bulk Earthworks package
- Steering high-performing teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget
- Managing risk, contracts and stakeholders with authority
- Creating a results-driven, high-performance culture
What You Bring
- Proven track record delivering major civil projects $50M+ for prominent Civil Contractors in the resources sector (*WA Pilbara bulk earthworks essential)
- Executive-level leadership with superb commercial and contractual acumen
- Strong presence both on site and in client-facing settings
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or similar qualifications
