Quality Management Position
We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at a leading defense industry company in Maryborough. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for developing quality strategies and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality management systems and processes
* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Lead a quality team and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Candidates should have a degree in engineering or a related field, as well as quality management certification and extensive experience in quality systems and processes. This role involves working in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and collaborating with a diverse team committed to high standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
* Quality management certification (e.g. AS9100, ISO 9001)
* At least 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field
