Role Summary
Hello Clever is scaling a global account-to-account payments platform enhanced by applied AI and data intelligence. We are seeking a Product Lead to drive execution of data-driven payments products, AI-enabled decision tools and complex partner integrations as we expand internationally.
This role is execution-focused and product-led, requiring close collaboration with international teams across multiple countries and time zones. You will help empower businesses to operate and scale on global payments infrastructure, while supporting long-term customer loyalty through reliable, insight-driven products.
Responsibilities
* Execute and scale global payments products with strong emphasis on data, analytics and applied AI.
* Define detailed product requirements including user flows, data definitions, success criteria and acceptance conditions.
* Drive integrations with banks, PSPs and payment rails, focusing on data quality, reliability and operational outcomes.
* Own and monitor key product metrics including adoption rate, customer cohort behaviour, usage depth, retention, reliability and time-to-value.
* Use data and insights to prioritise execution, manage trade-offs and continuously improve product performance.
* Collaborate closely with international data, compliance, operations and commercial teams across time zones.
* Communicate product value, performance, risks and delivery status clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied AI, Finance, Economics or a related field.
* Strong product management experience in fintech or payments, ideally in a B2B scale-up environment.
* Proven experience delivering data-driven or AI-enabled products in production. Strong data literacy with ability to define product success metrics, analyse trends and translate insights into product decisions.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with international growth, engineering and support teams across multiple countries and time zones.
* Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills. Strong solution selling capability, able to articulate product value to partner businesses and senior stakeholders.

* Proven experience building and scaling products from inception to significant user or transaction scale in production environments.
* Solid understanding of applied machine learning concepts including forecasting, evaluation metrics and model limitations. Exposure to responsible AI, model governance or AI risk management.
