Role Description
This is a part‐time/casual on‐site Salesperson role located in the Greater Newcastle Area.
* The Salesperson will work on the showroom floor, engaging with customers to understand their needs and assisting them in selecting the right products.
* Responsibilities include processing sales transactions, maintaining the store's visual presentation, and building strong customer relationships.
* Keep up to date with product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service to enhance the sales experience.
Qualifications
* Customer service and relationship‐building skills to engage effectively with clients and ensure satisfaction.
* Sales, negotiation, and retail experience with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Product knowledge and ability to learn about bedding and bedroom furniture offerings to provide accurate recommendations.
* Organizational and time‐management skills to handle daily responsibilities efficiently.
* Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
