Job Title: Service & Quality Assurance Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our operations and ensure compliance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
This pivotal leadership role will combine service delivery oversight with quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement responsibilities.
* Lead and supervise staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery across Support Coordination.
* Oversee compliance with NDIS legislation, Standards, and Quality Indicators.
* Develop, implement, and monitor audit schedules, policies, and frameworks.
* Facilitate internal and external audits, including NDIS reaccreditation and registration renewal.
* Maintain strong relationships with participants, families, carers, suppliers, and government stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement and always ensure service integrity.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum Diploma in Disability, Community Services, Business Administration, Leadership & Management, Auditing, or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in NDIS, disability, community services, compliance, quality assurance, or management.
* Proven experience managing teams and service delivery operations.
* Sound knowledge of the NDIS Framework, Support Coordination, Quality Standards, and Safeguards Framework.
