Renewable Energy Project Manager
Leading a team in the Snowy Mountains is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to Australia's clean energy transition.
This role involves overseeing operations at multiple power station and infrastructure sites, ensuring safe, productive, and quality work in industrial settings.
* Direct a team to deliver high-quality results while maintaining excellent safety standards.
* Provide regular project status updates, including forecast outcomes related to time, cost, scope, and quality as required.
* Maintain accurate records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
* Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
* Oversee plant and equipment onsite to ensure compliance.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* Experience leading teams of operators and trades assistants on industrial sites.
* A strong ability to lead by example and maintain an excellent attitude to safety.
* Proven ability to lead highly productive teams to meet project objectives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
* The ability to enjoy problem-solving and adapt to new situations.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams and Excel.
* Quality Management experience and budget management experience.
* Flexibility and openness to working away from home as required.
Licences Required:
* Trade Qualification (Electrical desirable)
* High-risk work licence with WP, CN DG Class (desirable)
* Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 years
* Telehandler Gold Card (desirable)
* White Construction Card
* HR Drivers Licence
* Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
