Desktop Support Engineer Job

We seek a Full-Time Desktop Support Engineer who can provide top-notch desktop support services. This mid-level position requires strong technical skills and troubleshooting expertise to minimize downtime and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely desktop support to end users.
* Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
* Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
* Perform hardware installations, replacements, and upgrades.
* Support network connectivity and security measures.
Requirements
* Proficient in Windows OS troubleshooting with extensive experience in handling system issues.
* Skilled in Active Directory management, including adding/removing users, managing permissions, and directory structuring.
* Experienced in Microsoft Office 365 support, including installations, updates, and troubleshooting for end users.
* Able to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
* Capable of hardware diagnostics and repairs.
* Knowledgeable in asset management and imaging/reimaging processes.
