Project Manager Engineer
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Engineer to lead our engineering projects. This key role will partner with plant leadership to deliver projects that drive operational excellence, utilizing expertise to develop robust project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
As a senior member of our engineering team, you'll have the opportunity to lead meaningful initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage plant engineering projects, including equipment installations, process improvements, and facility expansions
* Develop and implement the site's capital plans, focusing on safety, obsolescence management, asset life extension, and driving technological innovation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project requirements, scope, deliverables, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
