The Opportunity

* Based in Adelaide, you will report directly to the General Manager McDonald's and focus on executing strategic account plans while supporting the broader team in fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day account management and direct reporting.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
* Execute and update strategic account plans for the ANZ region.
* Drive growth, new business development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversight of forecasting, demand planning, and raw material transitions.
About You
* Relevant industry experience across operational and commercial functions.
* SOUND ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS WITH DEMONSTRATED COMMERCIAL ACUMEN TO DELIVER CUSTOMER OBJECTIVES.
* Proven success in managing end-to-end customer accounts and teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
