Job Description: We are seeking motivated and reliable On-Call Delivery Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates must have a cargo van or a three-ton ute and will be responsible for delivering goods to and from the airport or interstate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pick up and deliver packages and goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
* Ensure the safe handling and transportation of all items.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
* Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Access to a cargo van or a three-ton ute (must be in good working condition).
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Previous delivery or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg.
* Must be able to do interstate deliveries
