What will your typical day look like?
You will log into ServiceNow or Jira—on client site, at our office, or WFH—to check the status of your client engagement(s). You will collaborate with your service team members in Australia and India to help our clients innovate on their SAP platform, optimize their solutions, and improve service delivery. You will work with Deloitte and client leaders to provide analytical and insight reports on our services and systems. Your work will involve SAP S/4HANA Public and Private cloud solutions, designing, building, testing, and deploying Finance incident resolutions and changes.
In collaboration with SAP solution experts and business consultants, you'll prepare for quarterly client innovation workshops, highlighting new SAP capabilities and recommending innovative solutions. You and your team will continuously seek opportunities to incorporate AI to optimize and automate service delivery, freeing up time for value creation.
You will support our SAP leadership in developing new service solutions, supporting proposal creation, and presenting capabilities to clients. You will also meet with fellow service management experts locally and globally to share experiences and optimize service models, tools, and procedures.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Full ownership and governance of SAP application management services for the Finance stream for your client(s).
* Onshore escalation point for clients and team members regarding Finance issues.
* Oversee incident assessment, end-to-end resolution, ensuring compliance with service levels and obligations.
* Establish and manage trusted relationships with clients' leadership, business, and IT teams.
* Support business development and proposal activities.
* Support recruitment and development of team members.
* Provide training to users and fellow consultants.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking a talented SAP Finance Functional Consultant at Senior Consultant or Manager level, working on client sites in Brisbane, supporting daily operations and continuous improvements. You should have experience in a consulting environment, with strong client relationship and service delivery skills, and the following:
* SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud Finance expertise
* Strong knowledge of best practices in S/4HANA Cloud Finance
* Experience in General Ledger, Management Accounting, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Banking, and Finance Closure
* Understanding of SAP cross-functional integration, especially with Supply Chain and Asset Management modules
* Knowledge of Group Reporting and debugging skills (advantageous)
* Industry experience in Energy or Mining (preferred)
* Familiarity with ITIL standards and ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira Service Management
* Experience in end-to-end solution delivery from requirements to deployment
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in virtual and physical settings
