Your new role
As the Communications Executive-Social & Digital, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation's voice across both internal and external platforms. This role involves creating high-quality content for social media, newsletters, and the website, while also enhancing digital performance through SEO and maintaining brand consistency. You'll contribute to marketing campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement, all while implementing structured communication strategies aligned with broader marketing goals. Working closely with a small, collaborative marketing team and reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, you'll be instrumental in driving communication excellence across the business. Your responsibilities include:
* Content Creation & Strategy Execution: Develop and deliver engaging content across social media, newsletters, websites, and internal publications.
* Digital & Social Media Management: Manage and grow the organisation's presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, while implementing SEO strategies to boost website traffic.
* Internal Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Create structured internal communication plans, support leadership messaging, and ensure alignment with the broader marketing strategy.
* Brand Consistency & Visual Communication: Maintain brand tone and style across all channels, working closely with the Design Manager to ensure visual and written consistency.
* Campaigns, Events & External Agency Coordination: Support marketing campaigns, events, and PR initiatives, while liaising with external agencies and suppliers to ensure cohesive messaging.
