Your Role:
As an OT in our team, you'll make a meaningful difference through:
* Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
* Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
* Developing individualized, evidence‑based therapy goals and interventions
* Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
* Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
* Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
* Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* A proactive, client‑centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
* A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let's tailor it together)
