About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth across our diverse portfolio of brands.
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to deliver revenue and growth targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and growing key accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
* Understanding client needs and pain points, and providing tailored solutions to address them
* Developing and executing account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
* Collaborating cross-functionally across the organisation with software development, operations and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients
* Providing regular updates and reports on account performance and pipeline
* Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 2 years' experience in sales, account management or technical client support, preferably in B2B & software
* A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions and managed services
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with small to medium business owner clients
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients
* Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks
* A commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical information into business value
* Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage client issues promptly
