About The Opportunity The Estimator will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and high-quality estimates for both residential and commercial building projects. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare detailed estimates for quotes, variations, reports, and settlements. Review project documents to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness. Liaise with clients, builders, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost trends. Manage competing priorities, improve estimating processes, and deliver on time. Collaborate across teams and represent Auscoast Builders professionally. About You The successful candidate will have: 2–3 years’ estimating experience in construction with strong technical knowledge. Skilled in estimating software, detail-oriented, & able to work under pressure. Strong communication & stakeholder management skills. Proactive, solutions-focused, & team-oriented attitude. Desirable: insurance estimating experience & knowledge of QBCC/HBCF. Desirable: degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. What's in it for You?
