Manager - Cloud, Services & Architecture
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Manager – Cloud, Services & Architecture to lead and elevate our internal IT function.
Reporting to the CIO, this role is accountable for the performance and development of our infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, cybersecurity, telephony, and end-user computing across the Group.
As a strategic yet hands-on leader, you'll guide a skilled team of service analysts and technical specialists to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable systems that underpin our business operations.
You'll take ownership of service delivery, cost optimisation, vendor performance, and technology innovation, ensuring IT remains a trusted enabler of business success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the internal IT function across infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, telephony, and end-user computing.
Oversee the Service Desk, driving responsiveness, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Manage IT service budgets and expenditure, ensuring alignment with approved financial objectives.
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure value, compliance, and operational excellence.
Deliver secure, scalable, and resilient IT environments aligned to business strategy and growth.
Champion innovation and modern technology adoption to enhance business capability.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, including the Essential Eight and Zero Trust principles.
Contribute to IT strategy, roadmap development, and business continuity planning.
Provide expert advice to senior leadership on technology risk, investment, and architectural direction.
