The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our wholesale business and build strong relationships with new and existing clients. If you're fluent in Mandarin and English, have a passion for sales, and enjoy building relationships with clients, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We're seeking someone who is highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of providing exceptional customer service. You'll also need excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude and strong organizational and documentation skills.
In this role, you'll be responsible for client relationship management, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and engaging with external customers to understand their needs and ensure smooth order processing.
You'll also assist in processing purchase orders, sales orders, payments, and account reconciliation, as well as collaborate with internal teams to check stock levels and ensure on-time deliveries.

Requirements
* Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) - required
* Experience in the beauty industry (cosmetics, skincare, haircare or beauty wholesale) is a plus
* 2-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or a related field (preferred)
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
