Other Responsibilities:
* Assist and collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to contribute to the development of DoJ's technology strategy and delivery of the organisation's technology services.
* Contribute to the management and coordination of major ICT projects and contracts to ensure seamless development, integration and delivery of ICT initiatives and platforms across DoJ.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of core ICT architecture and design standards across the information technology systems.
Technical skills, abilities and cultural capability:
* Proven knowledge/experience of IT infrastructure, cloud, data, end user computing, security and application development and support.
* Proven ability to lead and drive the implementation of projects and solutions that meet strategic and business needs.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an agile work environment.
* Proven ability to provide strategic advice to senior leaders and relevant governance forums.
* High level communication skills, including influencing and negotiation.
* Proven ability of relationship management including the ability to build and maintain productive relationships, manage conflict and negotiate positive outcomes.
* Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
