About The Opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
Providing a wide range of support to the school leadership team to effectively manage financial mattersUsing various software applications to effectively process and maintain accurate financial records, draft, update and format standard documents and input financial dataResponding to enquiries ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided in a timely manner, resolving concerns or issues and recording correspondence according to processes and proceduresAssisting in the development, maintenance and operations of systems and databases including recommending improvementsAssisting with the coordination of staff and student training.
About You
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
Experience in supporting senior leadership in managing financial mattersProficiency in using software to process and maintain accurate financial records and documentsStrong communication skills to handle enquiries and resolve issues promptlyExperience in developing, maintaining, and improving systems and databasesAbility to assist in coordinating staff and student trainingCertificate in Finance or related field highly regardedFor this position you are not required to be Catholic.
