Enablement Leader
We're seeking an experienced and innovative Enablement professional to define and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy across our global revenue organization. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to equip field teams with the knowledge, tools, and capabilities needed to drive efficient growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving business growth through effective enablement strategies and have excellent communication and presentation skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a global enablement strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact training programs and enablement content that drives revenue growth.
* Establish and maintain metrics-driven dashboards to measure enablement effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
* Mentor and grow a high-performing enablement team capable of operating at scale.
Key Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience in Enablement or a related field with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective enablement strategies.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, customer success teams, and other stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and pitches that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
