Coral Bay Ecotours is an award winning eco-tourism company located on the World Heritage Listed Ningaloo Reef. We are looking to fill the role of Office Administrator, starting February 2026. The person in this role would work closely with the company managers and senior office admin to ensure the office and general operations run in an organised and professional manner. As our company runs year-round, this is an ongoing position, not seasonal.

Duties include:
Attending to customer enquiries and bookings via phone, email and in-store
Promoting marine life tours and assisting people to choose tours best suited to their abilities and desires
Ordering and maintaining stock levels for boat tours and shop sales
Assisting with various other administration tasks
Working closely with tour crew to ensure smooth tour departures and returns
Please be aware that this role is strictly an office-based role, with no boat or water-based duties included.
Guaranteed a minimum 5 days per week work, 5-7 hours per day, depending on operation requirements at different times of the season.

Requirements:
Previous office/retail admin experience essential
Knowledge of booking system 'Rezdy' preferred
Previous tourism experience preferred
Passionate about the environment and a sound knowledge of eco-friendly practices
Friendly and proactive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient in MS Office applications such as word and excel
Ability to live and work in a beautiful semi-remote part of the country
