On Track Recruitment Solutions are seeking an Asset Investment Analyst to support a capital program, Monday-Friday 40hours per week on a 10-month contract in Fremantle & Kwinana.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in developing compelling business cases, has robust financial modelling capability, and can partner with technical experts to align investment proposals with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality business cases for sustaining capital projects
- Incorporate asset condition, risk, lifecycle cost, delivery readiness
- Coordinate or lead scoping and cost estimation
- Support investment prioritisation through analysis of asset condition, risk, performance, and financial inputs
- Contribute to sequencing, bundling, and staging analysis using modelling and cost phasing tools
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or a commercial discipline (desirable)
