Overview
TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial contractor to appoint an experienced Fitout Site Manager for upcoming Perth metro projects. This role suits a hands-on site leader who enjoys fast-paced environments, clean programs, and well-run jobs. You'll take ownership of fitout delivery from site establishment through to handover, supported by a capable project team and reliable subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial fitout projects
* Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site logistics
* Drive program, quality, and safety across all stages
* Maintain clear communication with Project Managers and consultants
* Oversee handovers and defect close-out
About You
* Proven experience delivering commercial fitout projects
* Comfortable running projects up to $20M
* Strong sequencing, coordination, and site leadership skills
* Solid understanding of WHS and quality requirements
* Perth-based with full Australian working rights
