Role Overview
This is a senior administrative role supporting the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support and advice, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and informed.
* Provide executive level support to the CEO including arranging travel and accommodation as required.
* Conduct research on strategic topics and projects relevant to the CEO's priorities.
* Maintain strong communication links between the CEO and key stakeholders within the organisation.
* Prepare and manage documentation requiring the CEO's signature or approval.
* Coordinate staff tenure certificates and recognition programs in line with organisational policy.
* Draft correspondence, briefings, presentations and reports on behalf of the CEO.
* Compile project updates, CEO KPI reporting, budget summaries and other strategic documents.
* Offer strategic advice to the Office of the CEO on projects and initiatives.
* Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on organisational matters on behalf of the CEO.
