Team Assistant | North Sydney | Starting ASAP

This Insurance and Asset Management organisation is growing and in need of a Team Assistant to join the team as soon as possible.
**Your new role**
Main duties include:
- Diary Management for Leadership Team
- Coordinate meetings
- Organise team events, functions and staff travel arrangements
- Reconcile staff expenses
- Produce presentations and other relevant documents
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to have:
- 1 - 2 years of admin experience (Essential)
- 2+ years of TA, PA or other support role experience (Desirable)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively and efficiently
- Ability to manager Internal and External client expectations

Salary Package ranges from $75k - $95k + Super Depending on experience.
