* Welcoming and managing the experience of clients for optimal outcomes;

* Providing administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists);
* Managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures;
* Handling phone calls and email inquiries;
* Billing clients correctly and processing payments;
* Learning and proficiently using various software applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles or administration;
* Excellent communication and active listening skills;
* Resilience, self-motivation, and a positive attitude;
* Organizational and time management skills;
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
