Geomatics Engineers Melbourne Pty Ltd – Blackburn, VICEstablished in 2015, Geomatics Engineers Melbourne Pty Ltd (G.E.M.) is a fast-growing Victorian surveying business.We are seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our Blackburn office.
You'll be part of a supportive, medium-sized team working on a wide range of projects, primarily small to medium land and building subdivisions, with some greenfield developments and large-scale building projects.
It is not a requirement to have a degree for this role.
What you'll do
Deliver subdivision projects from start to finish (Under the supervision of our Licensed Surveyors)
Conduct field surveys to a qualified standard — no shortcuts
Draft to a consistently high professional standard
Be prepared to take on junior staff as assistants and support their development

About you
Senior-level cadastral surveying experience in Victoria
Elevated understanding of cadastral principles & strong attention to detail
Experience with Leica equipment preferable but not essential
Pride in your work and a genuine desire for a long-term role
Note: Professional Training Agreement (PTA) opportunities are not currently available but may be offered within 6–12 months.
