A respected and growing consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Brisbane team.

The Role
Working closely with the Brisbane Director, you will deliver Quantity Surveying services across a diverse range of sectors while taking on increasing responsibility as the business grows.
You Will Be Involved In
* Client advisory and stakeholder management
* Site visits and client meetings
* Cost planning and cost analysis
* Procurement and tender documentation
* Bills of quantities and budget preparation
* Financial reviews and lifecycle costing
* Cash flow forecasting
* Assisting with business development where appropriate
About You
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
* Experience across multiple sectors such as commercial, residential, aviation, retail or similar
* CostX experience
* Strong communication and commercial acumen
* Keen to take ownership and progress your career
