About The Client
Our client specializes in the rental and sale of welding, pipeline, and power generation equipment. Offering a range of equipment they work closely with industries like construction, mining, and energy. With a focus on high-quality, reliable machinery, the company also provides expert support and advice.
What You Will Be Doing
Working 7:30am-4:30pm Monday Friday you will be assisting the team with account payments and payroll processing. Your role will include:
* Manage data entry and processing in Xero
* Payroll processing
* Assist with month-end closeout routines
* Assist with managing debtors and creditors, including accounts receivable follow-ups and escalations/invoicing
* Support the finance team administratively, including filing and document management
What You Will Need
* Advanced experience with XERO accounting system
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
* Attention to detail
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Good Mathematical ability
* Proven Payroll processing experience
* Proven exposure and accounts payable/receivable experience
* Proactive problem-solving ability
