Job Summary
ERM is seeking motivated early‐career consultants to join our Social Performance teams in Perth. This role is part of a dynamic technical team responsible for consulting on social performance matters, helping global organisations tackle sustainability challenges and implement ERM's global strategy.
Responsibilities
* Consult on social performance matters as part of a technical team.
* Develop social impact assessments.
* Engage with stakeholders and other related scopes of work.
* Contribute to the implementation of ERM's global strategy at the APAC region.
Qualifications
* Recognised bachelor's degree in a social science or related discipline.
* Recent graduate to five years of experience, or a career change candidate.
* Professional registration is an asset.
* Excellent writing, communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
* Strong relationship‐building skills with colleagues and clients.
* Experience working as part of an integrated team.
