Customer Service Associate - CPAP Consultant

We have a close relationship with SA Health, major & regional hospitals, DVA & NDIS as well as many nursing homes and clinics. We are currently looking for an outstanding candidate to join our passionate, customer focused and SA based team at our Salisbury Plains store. Full-time role available
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* CPAP / BIPAP Consulting
* Sleep Study set up
* Invoicing
* Working as a team and solo
* Key holder responsibility
* Manage equipment - ordering, invoicing, data entry and servicing.
* Answering internal and external calls
* One-on-one consultations with clients with follow up appointments
* Perform data downloads for customers and forward onto doctors and care providers
* Build strong relationships with hospital teams
* Basic customer training on safe usage of equipment
* Booking appointments and scheduling calendars
* Home visits to palliative and immobile patients
* Set-up clients on CPAP & BIPAP devices
* Ordering & unpacking of stock
* General Administration
* Drive sales and growth of business
* Sterilisation of equipment using specific standards of cleaning
* Liaise with doctors, nurses and hospitals
* Assist with general customer service in mobility equipment if required
About You
You will work as part of a small team of around 70 (and growing) colleagues across 9 stores & clinics around the state. You will work autonomously with clients and also as a team. As Respirico Healthcare is a growing company with three overlapping but separate divisions (Sleep, Respiratory & Assistive Technology) there is opportunity for variety, learning and career growth.
You will be someone who enjoys helping others and interacting with customers and clients, you will be willing to spend the time with clients to find the right solution for them. You will perform well under stress, be driven to achieve, and will relate well to people of all races, all ages and at all levels. Skills & Experience

* Police clearance required

* Self-confident with excellent communication skills
* Demonstrated empathy with elderly, disabled and vulnerable customers
* Accepting of all races, religions etc
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (can be completed during induction)
* Reliable, punctual, honest and committed
* Education – high school, some post-secondary studies preferred but not essential
* Background in health, sales, customer service or management is preferred but not essential
