Key Responsibilities
* Deliver first and second-level technical guidance, administrative support, and training for staff members.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms.
* Design, deploy, and maintain desktop computing systems.
* Identify and contribute to business process improvements.
* Collaborate with external service providers on technical matters and product roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Service Desk environment is necessary.
* Proficiency in Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook/Exchange, and the ability to propose innovative ideas to maximize benefits.
* Excellent communication skills, including a confident phone manner.
* Strong prioritization skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
Additional Requirements
* Australian citizenship is required due to the federal nature of this role.
* Adelaide-based position with occasional travel to Murray Bridge and Mildura as needed.
