Team Lead - Northeast Victoria
We are seeking an experienced and skilled pharmacist to take on the role of Team Lead in our Northeast Victoria region. This is a senior leadership position that requires excellent leadership skills, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage competing workloads.
The successful applicant will have advanced organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders. They will be responsible for overseeing the community and hospital pharmacy teams, identifying business development opportunities, and supporting franchisee operations to ensure maximum operational efficiencies and highest level of pharmacy practice.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with APHRA, demonstrated pharmacy and management experience, and a proven capacity to manage competing workloads and meet deadlines. They will also have the ability to create positive relationships with all stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the community and hospital pharmacy teams and support franchisee operations
* Identify a business development opportunities and support site implementation
* Support the franchisee to ensure maximum operational efficiencies and highest level of pharmacy practice
* Liaise with the Victoria Pharmacy Area Manager to lead, manage, communicate, reinforce and work to ensure the success of all Ramsay Pharmacy Retail Services (RPRS) Programs and initiatives implemented by the franchisee
* Ensure compliance by pharmacy teams with all RPRS Operating systems, Policies and Procedures
* Support the franchisee to maximise pharmacy performance and ensuring all site targets are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration with APHRA
* Demonstrated pharmacy and management experience
