About the Role
Your passion for baking is the main ingredient to providing superior products to our customers each and every day. Our bakeries are a fast-paced environment with energised teams that share knowledge and skills to help unlock future talent to rise to their full potential and grow baking industry skills.
What You Need
* Australian (AQF issued) Trade/ Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
* Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
What You\'ll Bring

* Understanding of maintaining a clean and safe workspace and following best practices for food handling

* Care and genuine interest as you support in leading the Bakery team

* Passionate about your craft with a drive to create delicious, high-quality baked goods
* Formal qualifications (Trade Certificate) to back up your skills
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle the demands of a busy bakery
