Manufacturing Maintenance Manager
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal plant availability and reliability.
This involves creating and leading a high-performance engineering and maintenance team. Key objectives include:
1. Developing strategies to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
2. Leading the maintenance team to maintain and improve plant reliability and efficiency.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:
* Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and team engagement abilities.
* Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
* Experience in maintenance planning with proficiency in CMMS systems.
