**About the role**:
We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive IT Support Officer to provide hands-on support to our organisation and its operating companies. Reporting directly to the Group IT Manager, you will play an integral role in the future success and development of the business.
With demonstrable customer service skills, the successful applicant will have the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
**The key responsibilities of the role are to**:
- Respond to IT helpdesk requests and provide timely resolutions to matters
- Provide user support
- Visit sites to troubleshoot IT issues - interstate travel may be required
- Install and configure new IT equipment
- Repair and upgrade computer hardware and software
- Deliver a professional and quality service
- Communicate with all divisions in a professional and courteous manner
- Recommend preventative measures (such as re-training, change to procedures and process)
- Maintain incident reporting system (Track-IT)
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working with Windows 7/8/10/11 and Active Directory.
- Proven experience in supporting customers onsite and remotely
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining helpdesk queue, triaging, and prioritizing tickets
- Administration experience in Azure and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent customer service and team communication skills
- Proven experience in Site based Wi-Fi/MESH networks
- Excellent customer service and team communication skills
- Full driver's license with the ability and flexibility to travel as required
