Project Manager – State Government Contract Location: Fremantle, WA
Rate: $80 per hour + super
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Join a Leading State Government Team in a Project Manager Role based in Fremantle assisting in the delivery of current and upcoming maintenance projects!
Key duties include: Manage end to end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet specified requirements and timelines. Develop and maintain various project management deliverables to support project execution including Business Requirements, Scopes of Work, Project Delivery Plans, Schedules, and Project Closure Reports. Prepare Final Investment Decisions utilising commercially sound justifications and delivering accurate cost estimates to obtain budget approval. Identify, manage and report projects risks, issues and interdependencies to maintain cost, quality and schedule compliance. Manage project budgets, objectives and planned benefits, ensuring successful project completion and value realisation. Partner effectively with key stakeholders and influence critical outcomes. Qualifications and Experience required: Demonstrated experience managing maintenance projects. Familiarity with project management frameworks, methodologies, and products. Excellent knowledge of project controls, change management, scheduling and risk management. Integrated, analytical and systematic approach to problem solving. Change management skills, ability to influence and negotiate outcomes. Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) including the ability to develop team skills and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
