About the Role
The Delivery Lead (Application Migration) will oversee the end-to-end transition of software applications from Woolworths to Endeavour Group, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the transition of software applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Coordinate daily activities of transition teams and partners, assign responsibilities, and ensure clear communication.
* Manage transition and testing processes, including planning, validation, and deployment.
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues for timely resolution.
* Ensure adherence to best practices, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
* Manage resource allocation to optimize transition efficiency.
* Implement quality assurance processes, oversee testing efforts, and drive defect resolution.
Requirements
Essential Experience:
* Minimum 3 years in software application transition and delivery.
* Proven ability to manage project activities and deliver results.
* Experience leading transition teams on large migration projects.
* Strong knowledge of transition methodologies, testing, and validation frameworks.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Desirable Experience:
* Certifications in IT transition or delivery management.
* Bachelor's or higher in Information Technology.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Knowledge of cloud-based application environments and deployment strategies.
