To be successful you will have the following:
* Senior-level experience as an Estimator within residential construction
* Proven experience in luxury homes and/or multi-residential/townhouse projects
* Strong construction knowledge and understanding of high-end finishes
* Ability to accurately prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and tender submissions
* Experience reviewing and analysing subcontractor quotes
* Confident negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
* Strong attention to detail and cost control capability
* Relevant industry and tertiary qualifications in construction (preferred)

Your experience within luxury residential builds and/or multi-residential/townhouse construction will be highly valued, along with your ability to manage budgets, assess risk and work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
