The Railway Hotel Bar & Steakhouse is seeking a committed, full-time Front of House professional to join our team. We are a busy, well-established venue with a strong customer base and consistent weekly trade. This is a stable, long-term position offering reliable full-time hours and genuine job security.

About the Role
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) with rotating shifts across:
* Nights
* Weekends
* Public holidays
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service across the bar and floor, including:
* Pouring beers, wines, and spirits, and preparing cocktails to venue standards
* Operating tills, taking payments and managing cash accurately
* Running food and clearing tables to maintain a clean, efficient service flow
* Ensuring bar and venue cleanliness, restocking and maintaining presentation standards
* Stock rotation, unpacking and storing deliveries, and general bar organisation
* Supporting the management team to uphold RSA compliance and venue procedures
* Working within a fast-paced team to ensure smooth, consistent service
Bar and floor experience is essential.
Wine knowledge and cocktail experience will be highly regarded.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of bar and floor experience.

About You
To be successful in this role, you must be:
* Experienced on both bar and floor (required)
* Confident, well-presented and customer-focused
* Able to work nights, weekends and public holidays
* Reliable, punctual and able to perform under pressure
* RSA certification is required at the time of application, whilst RCG can be obtained after commencement
* An Australian citizen or permanent resident (no sponsorships or temporary visa options available)
