We're looking for an Account Director to join our Client Services team in Melbourne, working with award-winning production and creative studios, developing cutting edge CG content for the World's number 1 Automotive brand.

We're a digital production company, and your primary client is in the automotive industry, so if you enjoy navigating through production workflows with CG and digital content, you'll be right at home. If you're particularly passionate about cars, this will give you the chance to work with the market-leading player in the industry.

What are we looking for in an Account Director?

1. We're looking for people who can nurture and develop trusted relationships with our clients and partner agencies.
2. As the primary point of contact between clients and our broader team, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is critical for your success in this role.
3. With a minimum of 8 years working experience in agency and/or client marketing roles, you've also managed multiple projects previously with the ability to negotiate internally and externally to meet deadlines, ensuring a smooth delivery.

Engaging in a variety of tasks, including:

4. strategic planning,
5. project management,
6. relationship & stakeholder management
7. forecasting

The role works closely with various internal and external stakeholders from project briefing and execution to budget and time management and ongoing project status reporting.

You will have,

8. a high level of attention to detail and will manage projects from end to end
9. you will also actively participate in online stand-ups with team members based in Sydney daily
10. Participating and sometimes hosting client meets and conference calls, you will also be responsible for preparing agendas, reports, communications, maintaining budget documents and timelines as well as documenting discussions.

In this role, you are the face of Rotor Studios, representing our culture, values and character in a way that allows you to bring your own self to work.

We want to meet people that can articulate how they've developed strong relationships with a range of stakeholders not only face to face but also remotely. You're familiar with Smartsheets (or similar), Workfront would be a bonus, with examples of how you've utilised your solutions-focused mindset to troubleshoot multiple projects and get the desired result whilst keeping everybody informed and aligned.

RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY

15. Project Managing your client jobs from end to end
16. Financial forecasting and budget management
17. Strategic planning including identifying opportunities for business growth
18. Collaboration and cooperation with partner agencies to achieve mutual benefit
19. Main communication link between client and agency, managing the expectations of both
20. Acting as the Client and Agency brand custodian

REQUIRED SKILLS

21. Excellent verbal and written communication
22. 8 years working experience in agency and/or client marketing roles
23. Digital marketing/content creation savvy
