About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to lead the design and development of modern applications using traditional and AI-augmented engineering practices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, guiding technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements.
* Architect and develop fullstack solutions for complex systems.
* Guide technical decision-making and ensure best practices in engineering.
* Mentor mid-level and junior developers to enhance their skills.
* Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and shape technical solutions.
* Identify opportunities for AI enhancement within applications and development processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 5+ years professional software development experience.
* Strong expertise in ReactJS for frontend development.
* Strong backend experience with Node.js, Java, or .NET.
* Experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in real projects.
* Solid architectural and system design skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Apart from the above requirements, it's desirable if you have:
* Microservices and cloud-native architectures experience.
* AI/ML services or applied AI experience.
* Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
