We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our passionate and purpose-driven team.Reporting to both the Resort Manager and Company Director, this full-time, on-site role leads the strategic planning and execution of all marketing and sales initiatives. It offers a unique opportunity to shape brand positioning, increase occupancy, drive revenue, and elevate guest engagement through creative campaigns and meaningful partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the resort’s strategic Marketing, Communication and Sales plan in line with budget and brand goalsLead and support marketing activities including content creation, website management, eDM campaigns, and social media engagementBuild, manage and execute creative campaigns across digital and traditional channels, tracking performance and ROIManage the Sales function across leisure, corporate, groups, and events – identifying new markets and converting opportunitiesNurture relationships with key industry partners, travel agents, and tourism stakeholdersLead and inspire a small team, including Business Development Managers (Leisure and Groups & Conferences adn Groups)Oversee trade/media famils, develop itineraries and guest experiences in collaboration with external partnersDrive brand consistency across all content and collateral, working with external designers, writers, and consultantsMonitor guest feedback and work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall resort experienceAbout YouYou're a creative, savvy marketing and sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys autonomy.
