Are you an experienced, clever, practical, and energetic Finance Manager, looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team and operations in Richmond. This is a full time role with responsibility for both the Australian and UK operations.

About the role
As an integral member of our team, and reporting to the CEO, you will lead the financial management and commercial governance requirements across the group. This key position is hands on, responsible for all financial management and reporting, financial modelling, liaison with external advisors, as well as payroll and expense management across both our Australian and United Kingdom operations.
What you will do
* Lead the financial business planning and forecasting process
* Provide finance input and insights to the business owners via key management reports
* Manage inter-company transactions and financial requirements
* Manage all day-to-day finance requirements, including administration, payroll, AP, AR, IAS, BAS, annual return collations, expense management, insurances, tax and statutory payments and management reporting
* Cashflow management, banking, and reconciliation across the group interests in both Australia and the UK
* Manage cost control and interogate ROI improvement options
* Drive financial and admin process improvements
* Project costing, price modelling / scenario analysis and tender inputs
* Liaise with external financial advisors and accounting firms
What you will bring
* Minimum degree qualified in Finance, Accounting or similar
* Current CPA / CA registration
* Experience or an understanding of the UK market would be advantageous
* A strong commercial acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset

* Professionalism, eye for detail and desire to deliver high quality outcomes
* Excellent communication skills
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
* Experience working as part of a team and contributing to overall organisational success
