Key Roles and Responsibilities
This is an exceptional opportunity to support a committee as an executive officer.
* Administrative tasks including report drafting, correspondence for the Committee Chair and Committee Members.
* Secretariat support for the Committee including agenda, minutes and action lists.
* Maintenance of accurate records of all the trainees' clinical and assessment requirements.
* Identification and assignment of key issues for discussion.
* Advice on policies and procedures to inform Committee decisions.
The role requires strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
It is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines, and has experience in providing high-quality administrative support.
Success in this role will be measured by the quality of administrative support provided and effective management of key projects and initiatives.
