Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Living Assistance: Providing support with daily tasks, including grooming, showering, and mobility assistance.
2. Community Support: Accompanying individuals on outings and engaging them in community activities.
3. Care Coordination: Coordinating and maintaining accurate records of client care and support plans.
A disability support qualification is desirable but not essential as training can be provided. The right attitude, patience, and understanding are essential for success in this role.
