We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated team member to join our internal accounts group. The role focuses on account reconciliations, invoice preparation, and handling processing tasks across various business functions.
You'll work alongside a close-knit group who take pride in their work and value collaboration. We're looking for someone who not only has solid experience with accounts and admin functions but is also a strong team player with a flexible mindset.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assist with data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations across multiple internal systems
* Maintain service-related job records and associated documentation
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and accurate processing
* Support accounts receivable across relevant systems
* Support the accounts team with general administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in accounts or administration (ideally using Netsuite)
* A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and follow through on tasks
* Confidence in using Excel and other standard Microsoft Office tools
* Someone who fits into a friendly, hardworking team and is willing to pitch in where needed
