We’re currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Secretarial Team in Melbourne, primarily supporting our litigation and regulatory practice and competition practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. As a Legal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting multiple fee earners by delivering high-quality administrative services. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, efficiency, and client service. Main duties and responsibilities Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence Managing electronic and paper filing systems Handling accounts payable and expense claims Maintaining client databases and matter files Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Performing general administrative tasks (printing, photocopying, filing) About You 2 years’ experience in a legal or professional services environment Strong written and verbal communication skills A keen eye for detail and pride in your work Excellent time management and organisational skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Confidence working with numbers and managing competing priorities A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency About Us We're a global law firm helping our clients achieve their goals wherever they do business.
