Design Coordinator Role
This role is integral to project delivery, providing opportunities to work on iconic and high-profile projects.
* Support design management activities and facilitate project solutions, advice, and documentation.
* Lead design objectives across multiple projects while ensuring delivery requirements are achieved.
* Work across government, private sector, and own developments.
Key Requirements:
A degree in Architecture or relevant tertiary qualification is required.
Commercial construction industry experience of at least 2 years is necessary for this role. Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills are also essential. Knowledge of design trends and proficiency in design documentation review are beneficial.
Excellent communication skills — graphic, written, and verbal — are crucial for success in this position. Strong planning, organisation, and time management abilities are also required.
A safety-first mindset and a passion for sustainable design are important characteristics for the ideal candidate. Commercial acumen and the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects are also key requirements.
