About the Role As the Workshop Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, leading a skilled team of Pump Technicians and Mechanical Fitters. Your focus will be on ensuring timely, high-quality maintenance, repair, and assembly of pumping equipment, while upholding safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise workshop staff to meet performance and production goals. Manage workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure all work meets quality and regulatory standards. Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex equipment issues. Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements and service standards are met. Maintain and promote a strong safety culture. Identify training needs and support team development. About You Relevant trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar. Demonstrated leadership experience in a workshop environment. Strong technical knowledge of pumping systems and components. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
